Booking Conditions
" Houses must be vacated by 10.am on the day of departure.
" The management is not responsible for damage or loss to clients property or valuables during their stay.
" Pets are allowed.
" Where occupants exceeds the numbers booked, the management reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
" Rate are exclusive of oil and electricity. These are charged extra. Oil is charged at €30.00 per week. Electricity is charged at €1.50 per day.
" Bed linen is provided.
" Towels are provide by request only. A deposit of €30.00 is required. We cannot Guarantee availability if the are not booked prior to arrival."Prices do not include oil or electricity. There is no oil in the two bedroomed houses.
"Travel cots, High chairs, are available however must be pre booked and are subject to availability.
" Guests arriving after 5pm should ensure that prior to arrival they have paid the balance of their booking, and of the security deposit and arranged key collection with the office. (Latest check in time 7pm)
Booking Deposit
"A booking deposit of €150.00 is required to secure your booking. The balance of your booking must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. This is a non refundable deposit.
Security Deposit
"A security deposit of €150.00 is required. Guests are fully responsible for damages to The property or its contents.
"Towels require a further €30.00 deposit These deposits are refundable providing there is no damage. (The management reserve
the right to increase this amount the their discretion.
Cancellation policy
Less than 4 weeks No refund. (Booking deposit non refundable)
4 to eight weeks 50% refundable (Booking deposit non refundable)8 Weeks over full refund (Booking deposit non refundable)
